To be eligible to receive the $350 Amazon gift card, you must submit your referral through this email form. Referrals given to sales representatives, service professionals, customer loyalty specialists, or over the phone will not be eligible for a gift card. The person you refer must sign sign and complete a Solar Sigma Systems installation.
Gift card rewards will be sent as a gift code to the email address provided. Please allow up to 30 days for rewards to be distributed after your referral has received approval from their utility company to operate.
